Breakable plastic
This is our fourth Electrolux Microwave. We updated from the preceding model with the opening button on side. We went thru four of them because the plastic broke (crumbled) on each unit. We were hoping Electrolux was troubled enough with their product to correct this issue with the EI30SM55JS30. We have had this unit approximately three months and the plastic is once again source to break. DO NOT PURCHASE AN ELECTROLUX PRODUCT. We were trying to keep a matched set with our range because our kitchen remodel was designed around these products. WE GIVE UP AND WILL Procure ANOTHER BRAND.
WHy only one feature?
Ours is (was) a hair-splitting shiny Stainless steel 1200 Watt top of the line Electrolux Microwave built in with fan vented to the fa. We bought it along with a top of the line Electrolux ($1200) Dishwasher and a $2600 dual fuel Electrolux Gas/Electric range. We bought them from RC Willey in Orem, Utah on the notify of the salesman that we were getting the very best and top quality of anything out there. VERY BAD ADVISE----all three of our Electolux units turned out to be waste and if their products aren't bad enough you should try their customer service----Worse than the products-- of course worthless. OK---what about the Microwave? Mom raised me to always say the 'good' thing about anybody or anything---and I'm trying hard. The fan worked! Attend, I'm old and somewhat crippled----You aren't---Chances are that you are young and virile-----Here is what I'll confess you "You cannot run fast enough to GIVE me another Electrolux product----If you do catch me you haven't got enough...
