New Procure
We recently purchased this memorandum because our 10 year old microwave was on its last legs. I liked this model because it had grilling possibilites shown on the container. Major concern after we brought it home---no instructions on how to use the grill in the users manual . Buyer service only available from 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri. Any idea what my working hours are? It does include a metal grill torment, but can you use the microwave at the same time? I'll keep the fire dept phone number on speed dial.

We were never cheery with the "browning function" to begin with, it took forever and never browned anything. 2 weeks ago it started to hum funny just while warming anything (we stopped trying to use the "grill" function after month two), then last Cimmerian dark it started to smoke around the heating element for the grill. Go figure it's out of warranty by a couple months. appliances should last more than a year and a partially, sorry. Do NOT buy this item, you will regret it!
Lawful good looks... too many promises
I went to buy this matter at Walmart for $79.00 and lasted only for 5 months - the extractor fan stopped working so now everytime I warmness something for 2 minutes (3 minutes and the oven overheats), the interior gets full of vapor, no way to use it normally, causing the microwave to overheat and go off off for several minutes. The customer service is useless - everytime I'd tried to call i get this final message '...all of our X are hectic..., good bye' --- zero contact with a living person. To get it repaired you lack to send it to California, and then pay $15 to get it back. Don't buy, be sure to check the brand you buy has a local service fore.
