Unconditionally UNreliable. Support Non-existant
I have to put my 2 cents in. I truly wish I'd done more research before I bought this unit. Instead, I went to a local appliance rely on where I've done business for years. I bought a new fridge and freezer at the same time, and chose Frigidaire for both because of their so-called rectitude reputation. There was nothing wrong with our old freezer (25 years) other than it wasn't frost free, and my spouse was tired of defrosting it, hence the new frost free unit. The unit worked great. Couldn't be happier. Until.. after 5 months, my son was awakened to the fear. It had quit working. Wasn't happy, but these things Do happen. Called the number on the freezer, and was told they'd send someone out. However, being as we continue out in the country, they only send someone out once a week. Wasn't real happy about that but what can you do? So the driver finally gets there duration later, and diagnoses it needing the electronic control module. Which of course... he doesn't have on...
Large freezers!
We got 2 of these - they're terrific! Very big favoured, holds a lot. We also ordered 1 more in September. We have them cranked up to 7 and are excellent. The other day I accidently didn't close one all the way and it beeped to let me identify something was wrong - good feature. We'll buy another when needed. Thanks!

Outstanding value freezer that works great
Not much to say, when i bought this I was anxious it would be poor quality and a problem. Not so far, its big, efficient and works great all at a low price. I have only had it a few months but so far so well-behaved, the big question is how long will it last!

Why is my Frigidaire freezer leaking?

I have a Frigidaire FRS6B5EEW2 side by side that leaks bottled water through the ice maker when I get drinking water. I replaced the ice machine but that was not the problem. It makes ice artistic. I just don't understand why water would flow into the ice machine when I try to get water. Also, I heed that water leaks down the front of the door and
you have to servicing you freezer. The ice maker in check faulty. you can with the service man.
