Any good recipes involving sausages?

I have noticed I seem to have a lot of sausages in the freezer, a number of types but all of an English type (as in no continental or spicy sausages). Any modus operandi ideas, I have most basic ingredients etc. Particularly any more unusual or creative recipes but any thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you
