So far so solid.
As has been in days gone by stated, LG's quality control on their documentation is very poor but the product itself is working great so far. This segment has a 4 burner gas cook top, good performance from each so far and much better than the 20 year old Dacor it replaced. One of the 2 pastry-cook top grates was damaged during transport, I contacted LG and they sent a replacement. The continuous grate system works as advertised and fits of laughter all our cookware, even our small 1 egg pan. The double oven is great, not an oven and warming drawer but 2 fast ovens. We are using the smaller top oven most often. It's easy to access and reaches cooking temp shortly. We were a bit concerned about quality due to the price point (one of the more reasonably priced double oven freestanding ranges we found) but so far so complete. For us, it's been a great upgrade over the Dacor cook top and wall oven it replaced in every aspect. Would give it 5 stars, but with the guarantee and shipping defects, 4 is as high as...

Not sold as advertised
Muddled by the many different specifications online saying 4 and also 5 burners we finally called LG to clarify. They did, saying it did indeed have 5 burners. We purchased online knowledgeable we were getting a 5 burner range! Unfortunately it was delivered with 4 burners and also a "typo" in the manual saying 5 burners. We called LG to get some covenant and hopefully a switch for the stove we were lead to believe we bought. They said we would need to call the upon we bought it from even though LG is who told us it had 5 burners. All these "typos" are not the fault of the seller, but the manufacturer who confirmed to us that it did have 5 burners. I'm very very very displeased that we specifically picked this stove because of the 5 and there are only 4! LG did a macabre job at customer service in this case and I'm very disappointed! But most of all I want you to know THIS RANGE HAS 4 BURNERS!!!! I unhappily won't be purchasing LG again. Life's not so Good.
